Event Description:
To Life! is thrilled to host our signature annual Spring fundraiser, A Toast To Life! This event is a celebration of local breast cancer survivors, friends, family members and the medical community who are passionate about breast cancer education, care and support. The event will be held on Tuesday, April 30 from 5:30 pm - 7:30 pm at Crowne Plaza Albany - The Desmond Hotel, 660 Albany-Shaker Road, Albany.
The event will showcase fabulous small plate dining and an assortment of desserts created by local businesses, a unique silent auction, wine pull and more!
This year's awards and honorees include:
"Extra Mile" Award Recipient - Douglas Conklin, Ph.D.
"You're An Angel" Award Recipient - Denise Buono and Melanie Wagner
Honorary Chair - Karen Fortsch and Mistress of Ceremonies - Liana Bonavita
All proceeds from this event benefit the education, support and outreach of To Life!
For the past 26 years, local non-profit To Life! has been providing support, education and product needs to breast cancer survivors and thrivers and their families in the Capital Region and surrounding 10 counties.
