ADHD & Executive Skills Parent Group
Practical strategies for organization, focus, and self-regulation
Is your child bright and capable but still struggles to stay organized, manage time, begin tasks independently, or regulate emotions? Many elementary-aged children with ADHD or executive function challenges have difficulty with the skills needed to succeed at home and school.
Join us for a 6-week virtual parent group designed to provide caregivers with practical, evidence-based strategies to help children build independence, improve self-regulation, and develop stronger organizational skills.
Topics include:
• Organization and planning
• Time management
• Attention and focus
• Starting and finishing tasks
• Emotional regulation
• Flexibility and transitions
• Supporting executive skills at home and school
Parents will receive psychoeducation regarding ADHD and executive functioning, participate in discussion with other caregivers, and learn strategies that can be implemented immediately in everyday life.
