You are invited to join us for a program on Fall Prevention at Bethlehem Lutheran Church, 85 Elm Avenue Delmar, NY on Thursday, May 28 at 1:00 PM in the Multipurpose Room. Our speaker, Tom Moran MA, EMT, CPSTI-STAC is the Injury Prevention Outreach Coordinator for the Albany Med Health System. He will present On Your Feet and Independent - An Adult Fall Prevention Program.

Tom will discuss the many factors that can cause adult falls which are the number one cause of traumatic injury nationwide, and he’ll show how small changes in everyday living can help reduce the number and severity of these falls. The goal is to ensure that Seniors continue to live active, healthy, and independent lives. Each attendee will receive a takeaway bag with many useful items to help Seniors stay safe and on their feet.
