CJs Flapjack Fundraiser and Craft Show - Come Help Make CF Stand for Cure Found

Come to Swifty's in Delmar and enjoy a short stack for a TALL cause. Swifty's is hosting a pancake breakfast with all proceeds benefiting the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation through Team CJ of Albany. We will have crafts and raffles. Over the past 4 years we have raised over 45K to help fund a cure for Cystic Fibrosis. CF is a chronic, progressive and incurable genetic disease that affects the lungs and digestive system of over 30,000 adults and children in the U.S. Team CJ was formed in 2010 when my beautiful grandson was born and diagnosed at 2 weeks of age. You may have seen us locally selling our handmade crafts and suncatchers to help raise money for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. We are asking for your support once again and join us in our mission to make CF stand for Cure Found
