Forest Bathing is rooted in the Japanese practice of Shinrin-Yoku, which means to take in the forest atmosphere. This quiet, slow-paced walk will offer a reprieve from the busyness of everyday life, as you are guided through a series of invitations that welcome you explore the natural environment through your senses.
