Improve Mobility and Awareness in your feet, ankles, pelvis, hips, ribcage, shoulders, scapula, and neck, so you can prepare your body to activate the core more automatically and efficiently.
 
 
A 3 Week Series, Saturday Mornings, February 15, February 22, and February 29

Week 1 (2.15) - Breathing/Rib Cage Foot/Ankle, Pelvis/Hips Releases
 
Week 2 (Feb. 22nd) - Breathing/Rib Cage, Shoulder/Scap/ Head/Neck Mobility/Stability
 
Week 3 (Feb. 29th) - Put it all together.
 
This is a 50 minute Pilates-based Mat class focused on improving mobility so you can achieve more efficient stability (connection to your core) in your Pilates and Yoga Classes.
 
You will learn how to mobilize your rib cage so you can BREATH better.
 
You will learn how to mobilize your feet so you can GET GROUNDED.
 
You will learn the difference between a NEUTRAL spine & NEUTRAL pelvis.
