Event Description:
Local non-profit breast cancer resource center To Life! offers class on dreams. Do you experience bizarre, vivid or scary dreams? Ever wonder what they mean? Dreams are messages from our subconscious. They can offer information to help guide us, as well as offer, healing to our body, mind and spirit. When we work with our dreams and learn to uncover their hidden messages we often find that they are not scary after all.
Join Joan Bender, LMHC, Health Coach and Dream Group Leader for a discussion about dreams and how to understand them better. Joan is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Certified Health Coach with over 25 years of counseling experience. She's been working with dreams formally for the past 15 years and leads a women's dream group in her coaching practice.
