This workshop is aimed towards guiding students to an understanding of the fundamental postures of a vinyasa yoga practice. Vinyasa is more than a technique - it is a rhythmic flow with intentional breath and body awareness. This workshop will guide students to understand in full depth what is truly means to go "through your vinyasa, " learning proper alignment points to keep your yoga practice safe and solid. New students will unlock the principles need to apply to any vinyasa yoga class. Students can then explore and refine these techniques to progress towards an optional floating vinyasa.
