Planning Board
The Bethlehem Town Board is seeking candidates to serve on the Planning Board.
The Planning Board has two primary responsibilities:  (a) site plan review on each plan submitted; and (b) complete review of each subdivision plat plan.  These functions are carried out in close cooperation with the town’s Planning Department and Engineering Division.  For more information on the Planning Board, please visit the Planning Board page on the Town website.
The Planning Board meets at 6pm on the first and third Tuesday of each month.  In addition to attending meetings and reviewing documents in advance of meetings, Planning Board members should be able to collaborate effectively with a diverse range of people.
Annual compensation for Planning Board members in 2025 was $6,839.
